Manage Real Estates.
SREM stands for Simple Real Estate Manager - the player is given a role, where he is put in charge of managing real estates.
The goal of the game is to buy land, and develop a high-rise buildings in a concrete world. Build-up your management empire, use your skills to top up the highscore table (WIP). Reach target of one year (365) to get registered on the high-score table.
As a player your first steps is to raise the initial real estate and earn money to establish more. As time passess by, the city will develop and new spots appear. As you earn more and more you will be able to reassign grounds to new spots and build new roads. All the time you can buy existing buildings if that's worthy for your final score.
Make good decisions, find trade-offs between maintaining your estates, rent size and the presence and absence of helipads on top-of your buildings, which will in turn raise your income per-inhabitant by 10%.
SREM features many eyecandy elements - like semi-real road and rail traffic, basic weather - clouds. Most of the objects visible in-game are made using vector graphics (with Affinity Designer and Inkscape), exceptionally, some objects are done wich a 3D modeller (Blender).

- Isometric graphics with depth sorting on Y-axis

- Simple UI (including buttons, sliders and an income chart)
- Adjustable game speed

Known issuess:
- Sometimes lower performance due to city size, presence of many developed estates.
The game is made with GDevelop game engine with JS in mind, if you're kinda interested :).
